How to use it

Writes a change for the triggering player, or their group, only. The world is not touched. It lasts until the player leaves the zone or the state is cleared, and is handed back when they return.

blockId can name a CraftEngine block, a CraftEngine furniture or a vanilla material. kind says how to read it:

kindBehaviour
AUTOFurniture first, then block. Right for any id that names one kind of thing.
BLOCKAlways a block (CraftEngine block or vanilla material).
FURNITUREAlways furniture. An unknown id is refused with a line in the log.

A block id is resolved through CraftEngine, so the player sees the real custom block. A furniture id raises a ghost: a real, interactable piece of furniture that exists for that player alone and has no collision for anyone. The yaw of location turns it and variant picks its variant. An empty blockId clears the spot (air, no ghost).

artifact, zoneId and group must match the zone audience. Without a zoneId the action is skipped and a warning naming the entry is logged.

To change a piece of furniture the builder placed, such as an intact seal into a broken one, hide the world's piece with Set Quest Furniture and raise the broken one here on the same block.
